Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately with photos so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Non‑Returnable Items
We do not accept returns on:

Custom products (personalized 3D prints, custom designs, or items made from customer‑submitted photos)

Sale items
Custom items are final sale unless damaged or defective upon arrival.
Exchanges
If you want a different item, the fastest method is to return the original (if eligible) and place a new order once the return is approved.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of approval or denial.
If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card provider may take additional time to process the refund.
