Shipping policy

1. Processing Time

All orders are processed within:

  • 3–7 business days for standard items

  • 5–14 business days for custom 3D prints

Processing time does not include weekends or holidays.

2. Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout. We offer:

  • Standard U.S. shipping

  • Free shipping over $60 

3. Shipping Carriers

We ship through:

  • USPS

  • UPS

  • FedEx (optional)

4. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.

5. Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses.

6. Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package is marked as delivered, we are not responsible for loss or theft. Please contact the carrier for assistance.

7. Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged:

  • Contact us within 48 hours

  • Include photos of the item and packaging

We will compensate as much as we can 

8. International Shipping

Currently, we only ship within the United States.
